Common questions
How long until I get my pet's portrait?
We email a digital proof in 24–48 hours. After you approve, production takes ~10 business days and US shipping runs 3–7 business days. Total: about 2–3 weeks.
What photo works best?
Clear daylight, eyes visible, head + body in frame. Single pet per order. We auto-check your upload and email you to retake if something's off.
Can I get the digital file too?
Digital files are available by special request only. Reply to your proof email or contact [email protected] and we'll work something out. Your privacy matters: we never share or sell your pet's photo, your before/after, or any of your order details with anyone — your images stay between you and us, and are only used to create your portrait.
What if I don't love the proof?
Reply to the proof email with edits — please include your order number (it's in the subject line of your proof email). We'll keep trying (as many times as needed... within reason 😄) until you love it. If you just aren't happy with any of our work, email [email protected] with your order number to let us know and we can discuss other options or a full refund.
Can I order more after approving the proof?
Yes. The proof email includes an 'order another size' link that uses your already-approved art. You can also browse our Etsy shop for additional designs.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere our print partner (Printify) supports — currently US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. International shipping rates calculated at checkout.
